Daniel Gunter III - Officer
Daniel is co-owner of Standard Title and serves as President and Deal Counsel. Beginning in 2018, Daniel served as Counsel to Ward and Smith, P.A. in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he worked with business and financial institution clients and analyzed the Qualified Opportunity Zones program.
Daniel serves on the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity of Wake County and in various capacities with NC State University, including as immediate Past-President of the Alumni Association Board of Directors and as a member of the Campaign Cabinet for the "Think and Do the Extraordinary" campaign. Daniel is a graduate of NC State University and the University of North Carolina School of Law. In addition, Daniel holds a commercial real estate e-certificate from Cornell University and is a LEED Green Associate.
