We are a non-partisan political action committee empowering friends of North Carolina State University to support candidates who are committed to meeting the needs of higher education and supporting economic development in this state.
We are a coalition.
The University Development Coalition contributes to the campaigns of elected officials and candidates of both political parties who understand and support higher education.
Our members are kept advised of all financial contributions the UDC makes and where feasible, before they are made.
Additionally, individual members may contact their elected officials to discuss issues of importance to higher education and NC State. Our members are engaged.
As one of the top public university systems in the country, it takes constant effort by North Carolina residents and volunteers to support and advocate for continued excellence. The UDC is proud of what it’s done since 2010 through just over 100 contributors and donations.
